Signing Bonus: $25 vested over 5 classes.
Base Pay: $20/hour.
After 80 Billable Hours: $25/hour
After 300 Billable Hours: $30/hour

Internet >30mbps for Video Calling
Payment Requirements
Bank Transfer, Venmo, Paypal all acceptable.
If we transfer >400 dollars to you in a calendar year, you will receive a tax form.

Yes, you will be paid according to the “Smart Tutor” rates.
No, you keep all of your hours worked as a regular tutor, and you will be placed in the according pay scale.
