Base Pay: 350,000 VND/hour.
After 80 Billable Hours: 450,000 VND/hour
After 300 Billable Hours: 550,000 VND/hour

In order for USACO Tutor to disburse payments, we need your Taxpayer Identification Number.
Yes, you will be paid according to the “Smart Tutor” rates.
No, you keep all of your hours worked as a regular tutor, and you will be placed in the according pay scale.
Quite honestly, we don’t know. But we do know that they’re way easier to work with, and have higher student retention rates. So win-win.
